Roger joined FMG as a group benefits advisor in 1995. Recently, he was appointed to be the firm’s chief relationship officer overseeing and directing a newly formed concierge service-an enhancement to FMG’s client service model. In this position, Roger acts as our client’s point person with the goal of providing high-level service through the process of listening, monitoring, and anticipating needs. Until now, Roger has led FMG’s effort to advise medium-sized group plans on life, health, disability, and dental insurance coverage.
Previously, Roger managed his own company for 25 years before joining Prudential Insurance Company with a special focus on the business market. Because of his extensive experience, Roger brings FMG’s clients a special understanding of the challenges that face medium-sized businesses within this rapidly evolving market.
Roger did his undergraduate work at Assumption College and received his Masters at Brown University. He is presently completing his CLU and ChFC studies. Roger is a Registered Representative through Kestra Investment Services, LLC.
Roger is a lifetime Worcester resident and enjoys golf, fishing, music, history.
